How many calls are included in the program?

You’ll receive two weekly group sessions, and one weekly 1-on-1 session to support your healing journey.

How many members participate in each group sessions?

Each group is capped at 7 participants to keep the space intimate and supportive, while still fostering a sense of community and shared growth.

How do group sessions differ from one-on-one calls?

The QRISE Experience is designed with multiple layers of support:

• Weekly Group Sessions: Led by Coach Aaron, these sessions are the heart of the community experience. Each week, Aaron teaches on the program's core topics, creating space for members to connect through shared experience, ask questions, collaborate, and grow together. These group sessions are where healing meets community, and where participants find strength in shared stories and support.

• One-on-One Sessions with Coach Aaron: These are private, focused coaching sessions tailored to your specific journey. This is the space to go deep into personal struggles, trauma healing, mindset shifts, and therapeutic coaching — fully customized to your life and your pace.

• One-on-One Check-ins with Wellness Coach Yasmin: These shorter calls are designed to provide emotional check-ins and feedback opportunities. You can use this time to discuss your progress, any concerns or roadblocks, request specific support or favors, and ensure you feel continually supported throughout the program.
  

What if I can’t make the group call?

We understand life happens. Group calls are recorded and available for replay, so you can catch up anytime. You’re also welcome to bring any missed questions or updates to your next one-on-one call. In some cases, we may be able to add you to a different ongoing group, depending on availability.

Is there a refund/money back guarantee?

Yes. If you start the program and realize within the first 14 days that it’s not for you, we offer a full refund—no questions asked. After the second week, due to the nature of the support and resources provided, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
